Hi everyone, I'm Sonia from Liverpool.
Starting a new today. Battled with my weight since the age of 8 or 9 really. Been up and down with my weight more times than a yo yo! Now is the time to get it off and keep it off. I've only about one and a half stone to lose but that makes it harder.
Hope you can all help me stick to it. Got Zumba for the first time tonight, looking forward to it!
