So week one of P90x done! and I was eating 1800-2000 cals and scared of a gain...sure enough .5lb gain....but that is only part of the story. My scale also determines body fat percentage (if you remember to wet your feet
)
So last week Day 0 weight 200 body fat 50.6%
This week Day 7 weight 200.5 body fat 46.9%
Oh yeah baby can you see the muscle???? I can!!!!!
Don't be scared of feeding your body to build muscle and get lean! My new muscle will help me burn more!

Good for you.. I can't get my scale to measure body fat even with wet feet. :sad:
I bet you feel much better too.0 -
You rock! P90x is not easy -- you need to fuel up well to do that one! Keep protecting that muscle you're building by eating enough -- smart girl.0

Great for you, sounds like you are really working hard. If my math is correct thats a lean body weight of 98.80 to 106.46 a gain of 7.66 pounds in one week. Which would mean you lost 7.01 pounds of fat.0
