On the go dinners?

On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have school at night. So I go to the gym before class and shoot str8 to school. My dad makes me a sandwhich for school/dinner. Are there any recomendations. I try not to eat bread too much so I am looking for ideas.

    Try doing lettuce wraps instead of bread! Just roll all of the fillings into a lettuce leaf and stab a toothpick in to hold it together until you eat it! :smile:

    Even a small tortilla would have way less carbs than bread. Or if you ever really crave bread, there are these new(ish) things I've seen.They are called "sandwich thins," and are like buns but really skinny and fewer calories/carbs.
