You'll love it here! I've been tracking my foods and exercising for the first time in my life and I have dropped 23 pounds in two months and gained a ton of strength and stamina from having a diary to track everything. I just wish I hadn't waited until I turned 40 to get in he best shape of my life! Good luck!!0
