New to myfitness pal

I am new to myfinesspal. I started myfitnesspal on February 12, 2011. It is my goal to lose approximately 160 pounds. I want to be healthy so I can enjoy my 6 gandchildren and live longer. I have lost 6.2 pounds since I started. I love this program because I know what I am putting into my body. I enjoy logging my food intake.
