Hey guys, I'm Alex.
I'm currently 98 lbs (7 stone 1lbs) and I would like to get up to about 126 lbs (9 stone)! I'm currently very picky with food and eat very little, and not much variety either.
Any tips on how to gain weight rapidly would be VERY much appreciated

Hey, thanks for your response. I have noticed a huge growth in my appetite lately but that could be due to the fact that I don't usually get time for breakfast in the morning.
I hear drinking lots of water can help you lose weight, not sure how reliable that information is though.muscle milk i heard is a good way to gain.
Muscle milk? Where could I find some of this and what would it do? I don't want to be rippling with muscles, just gain an extra bit of weight on my stomach, arms, hips etc.. :P0 -
Start lifting weights and drinking protein shakes.
That will help a bit.
Eat higher calories healthy foods like peanut butter, dairy etc.0 -

Thank you! I don't think weights would be the way forward as I'm not really one to like muscles, would doing it at a slower pace stop me getting huge muscles?0 -
Thnx. I'll try that.
