Ever have one of those days - ideas needed

OK... so I'm having one of those days when I want to eat EVERYTHING!!!! Its only 4 in the afternoon and I've already drank 10 glasses of water. I feel like a bottomless pit ... any suggestions????

    have you tried a berry smoothie with flaxseed. or try a nut mix. or eat a high fiber ereal or protein bar. Protein and fiber keeps you full and you wont be hungry for hourse. I hope this helps.

    I have about 2-3 days of those a month right before my TOM unfortuneately...I just try foccus on MFP calorie counts, look back at my progress, and tell myself to keep strong...but honestly, I can't pass up chocolate at all! I heard that most cravings only last a 10 mins or so, so you should call a friend and talk or do something to keep your mind off of it until it passes...

    green tea? Usually appeases my tummy. Or a handful of almonds.

    When I have one of those days where Im tired and have low energy I also feel the same way, I could eat all day! I tend to have fruit and veggy snacks available those days as they are low calorie.

    any veggy sliced and dipped in hummus
    handful of almonds
    LOTS of herbal teas in flavors like chocolate mint, cinnamon spice, berry zinger (smell is a powerful sense so these help!)
    grapes
    orange slices

    Same here, sister. Solidarity.

    I concur with having some high protein nuts and a cup of tea, but also to having some chocolate too if that's what your body really wants.

    a tablespoon of chocolate protein powder in my coffee works wonders :)
