Too much protien and fiber???

Is there such a thing as too much fiber and protein??? MFP is saying im over ... What can I do about this???

I've been told that the protein and fiber limits are just the minimum amount you should get in.0

I wanna say that I think I read on MFP that anything ingested over the # for protein and fiber for the day is passed on as waste.... so I think you're ok... but I am not a Dr or nutritionist....0

It is recommended that you eat at least 25 grams of fiber a day, and to lose weight, 90 grams of protein for every 1200 calories alotted. So, I think that you're good. The extra fiber and protein will not harm you or your weight loss. If anything, it will help!0

don't worry about the protein and fiber going over. it's actually a good thing. helps you build your muscle.0

I went into my home>Goals area and adjusted what I wanted. lowered sodium, upped calcium and fiber. I aim for 30gms of fiber a day0
