Just curious if anyone else watches this show. I am blown away when they show their food for the day and then say that it is 1800 calories! How do they figure? I eat whole foods and healthy foods and have THE HARDEST time coming up with 1300 cals!! I would LOVE to raise my caloric intake to about 1500 but how do I do that? I don't get it! They have to be lying!

I am interested in knowing as well. I find myself after dinner wondering where I am going to get the extra calories from. I hear nuts are a good add for calories.
  • I LOVE that show. I think they get the extra calories from nuts
  • An forget it if you add exerise cuz then you have to eat MORE. An it's hard to eat all that without adding to it LOL
  • What channel does it come on, that sounds like a show I would love

I agree. The extra cals come from the nuts and other snacks they eat. Go to slice.ca and you can download a meal plan from the shows nutritionist that is for 1500-1600 cals a day.

i find the same thing i had to lower my calorie intake because i was never reaching it. i would eat healthy all day and have soo many calories left but if i would eat junk all day and drink pop i would find that i was still just reaching my intake and i eat sometimes worse then the people on that show do. so i dont understand were they find there is that many calories in them.. unless there eating like an entire container of something instead of a serving size.

    not sure tho
