I've been under my goal calories and I'm not trying to do it but I end up not being hungry, how do I get more calories in my diet?!

Nuts, avocado, fruits, veggies, protein, carbs. Check out my diary for ideas - I vary it from day to day since I don't like to get stuck in a rut (you may need to send me a friend request to view it)0

drink some fresh fruit or veggie juice through the day? maybe have a bigger breakfast? if i have a lot of calories i let myself have a little treat or (gasp!) non-diet pop! Lol.
Nuts are a great option as was said, bring some with you to snack on through out the day..0 -
a spoon full of peanut butter can get you an extra 100 calories if you don't want to end the day too far in the negatives. plus it doesn't really weigh anything so it's nothing to worry about if you're weighing in the next morning lol
good luck0 -
thanks for the help! I'm under my calories by like 700 to 1000 calories.. is it bad ??0

kim, just how many calories are you consuming daily? Whao, 700 - 1000 is about 3.4 of what most people consume...........youre going to make yourself sick, you really need to re evaluate your plan, thats way to many calories to ignore
id been eating less as well, and exercsing big time, and last nite it hit me........I just totally felt so exhausted, I slept for 10 hours and still could barely function at the gym today........its because Im not eating enough....be careful...........Lloyd0 -
i'm a full time student who travels about 5 hrs a day and often times i'm just not hungry. Like today... i'm under by like 800 calories... im consuming between 800-1000 calories a day.0

Yeah, you definitely need to eat more! How's your breakfasts? A couple of ideas for healthy calories while you're traveling:
Trail mix! Nuts, raisins, dried fruit, even (shh don't tell!) a tiny bit of dark chocolate once in a while, all mixed up in a baggie or container, so that you can snack on it while traveling.
Also, I used to love making fruit smoothies in the morning with soy milk or skim milk and frozen fruit - it starts out kind of think and as the fruit thaws it becomes more liquidy. High in sugar from the fruit but a good way to get the fruit servings in! Easy to throw into a travel mug, too.0 -
