Yoga!

I took my first yoga class today and it was so so fun. I feel so great after it. I feel refreshed & more energetic. I did it for 60 minutes at a class on the ymca. I burned almost 250 calories! i plan on doing that a few times a week

    Nice!!! Over the years I have noticed that many people overlook yoga as a strength building and calorie burning exercise that not only tones and defines the body but helps maintain the elasticity of muscle and tendon tissue. So happy you found something you really enjoy. After all, finding an exercise we are passionate about is the difference between sporadic exercise and exercising for life. Happy for you :wink:

    Yoga is so wonderful :) I always feel great after a class too..... it is DEF a stress buster. Glad you like it. keep up the good work.

    I love yoga and I was my strongest and thinnest ever just doing yoga once a week. Namaste is right! : )

    Yoga is awesome :)

    I really like yoga fusion stuff too -- the Yoga Booty Ballet Live video series is great!
