sodium challenge from 8th to 15th

hey all. my name is Jenn and I'm trying to keep everyone motivated to achieve there goals. so starting now i am going to be starting a new challenge every now and then probably everyone other week.

so this week i am starting a sodium challenge.
starting tomarrow the 8th to the 15th

so what you do is you have to stay under your recommended sodium in your dairy for an entire week.

    I've already done this. BUT I'm all for joining the challege and doing it more! :wink:

    when i first started mfp this one girl always did all these challenges and it really kept me trying to get them and stay under for the whole week. and sodium is an easy one for me so i will probably do a more diffcuilt one next time lol

    Being under my sodium intake wasn’t always easy for me. But during Feb. I had gained nearly eight pounds (most like retaining water weight) due to my sodium intake. I believe that was from Feb. 5th to the 11th. It took me a week to get below the weight I had last logged in. I vowed NEVER to get above my sodium intake again. That was a stressful week for weight loss.

    I’m all for encouragement of lowing sodium intake though, some people struggle with it. Props for your challenge!

    i have high blood pressure so i gotta keep an eye on my sodium too but yeah that would be a reason to stay under and thanks

    For today (the 8th) I have 80 points left of my sodium..however I noted in my dairy that I just picked a generic homemade raisin bread, I didn't upload my own recipe which I ad NO salt or even Sugar too so I probably have a bit more than 80 left. How did everyone else fair?
