since i have started doing this i have tried to dedicate my self to sticking with it !! so far so good~~~ i dont eat all the calories it tells me to but last week i lost 5 pounds so far ive lost 45 pounds by just watching my calories and walking and a little bit on the tread mill!! its very hard to stay focused sometimes especially when you see all this yummy food in your face but im not gonna give in!!! trust me if i can do it anybody can do it i started out weighing 350 and i now weigh like 307!!! TRUST ME JUST CALCULATE EVERYTHING YOU EAT AND YOU CAN DO IT0
