    WOW! What great articles! I LOVE oatmeal but just recently started eating the steel cut oats(used to eat old fashioned/never did like instant)...love, love, love steel cut! I put blueberries, strawberries, peaches, vanilla flavoring and just this morning tried them with a tablespoon of slivered almonds. Yum. I don't put all in at the same time by the way:~) Just mix up different days for variety. Thanks for posting these great links!
