Healthy way to satisfy that buffalo wing craving

Buffalo chicken salad

Serves 2:

Make a big ol' salad with every veggie you like in it (lettuce, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, etc.). Toss those veggies with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing (or ranch, if you prefer). Divide salad into two bowls.

Take shredded chicken from 2 small chicken breasts (from rotisserie chicken or cook up some chicken breasts and shred it yourself) or however much you want to portion yourself. Mix 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce and 1 Tablespoon of melted butter. Add chicken to the sauce, toss to coat, then divide chicken on the top of each salad.

Now your wing craving has been satisfied for 400 calories!

Edited to add: you can omit the butter but it won't have that true wing sauce taste without it.

    oooh this sounds good. I just might do this, but with a barbeque sauce, I don't like the buffalo sauce!
