Hi, I'm new to the site and, like most of the people on here, I want to lose some weight. I tried it on my own but I found out the hard way that doesn't work for me. I'm horribly inconsistent with my eating and exercise and I just want a way to keep myself motivated and on track so I really hope this site is it :)
I love hearing other people's success stories and I'm so ready for it to be my turn :happy:

    I love this site, love the people, the tools and the advice.

    I had been working with a trainer and I dropped 10% body fat, but little weight. Now in the past month I have dropped about 8 lbs, just keeping tabs on my nutiriton and getting motivated by friends on the site. Feel free to add me as a friend!
