How do you add a personal training session to Myfitnesspal?

Hello!
I just did my first hour long personal training session and it about killed me. I can't figure out how to log it in -- everytime I try to do it per exercise, no calories log in. How do you do it so your calories expended show? My trainer told me that we work off close to 700 cals, which of course I feel. But how do you log it in?

I use my heart rate monitor when I have a training session but if you don't have one I would suggest circuit training. If you use that one make sure you were working out with a higher heart rate. If you weren't I would take a couple hundered calories off it.0

a Heart Rate Monitor is the only accurate way of knowing... It depends on your age, height, weight, gener and of course how hard you work. If you dont have one though I would always under-estimate to be safe.....0
