    Fruits high in Fiber:

Dried Fruits -- Figs, Raisins, Apricots, Dates, etc.
    Guava
    Kiwi
    Orange
    Pears
    Prunes

    Other foods high in fiber:
Bran Cereals, 5-10 grams - All-Bran, Bran Buds, 100% Bran, Raisin Bran
    Bread, whole grain
Beans, Lentils (also high in Protein)
Nuts -- Almonds, Brazil nuts, Peanuts, Walnuts, Cashews

**But oranges, Pears, bananas and kiwi are high in sugar so you have to watch using fruit as your source of fiber. It is usually better if you eat veggies to get your fiber. I am not sure why you are wanting fiber but if it is to make you regular you can try GROUND flax seed. I eat about a tbsp a day in oatmeal or yogurt and it helps to keep me regular and feeling great.

    Good luck!!
