Don't know how to....

Hey everyone!! Hope y'all are doing great on your weight loss journey so far!! :)

I just started a new job that is Monday-Thursday 4:30pm to 2:30am, so I will be sleeping from 3:00am to about 10:30-11am everyday. That only leaves me a little time to do everything I have to do. I'm not sure how I'm going to balance enough of my time to workout. :( My job is a standing job, so I will be constantly moving around and not sitting at all for 10 straight hours. lol

My question to you is....how do you balance your time??? How can I find the time to work out? Because I have lost 13 pounds so far and don't just wanna give that up!!

    Well, I used to have to work at night (4-11:30), so I would try to get like a quick little 30 min workout in after work, because I knew I was going to sleep late the next day. Just so I would have some kind of physical activity for that day. With a change in your schedule like that it's probably gonna depend more on watching what you eat, just because you know you are not gonna be able to workout like you want to.
  • Yeah, thats true. I just hate it. But the job is physically demanding, so hopefully even without the entire workout plan that I wanna do, I can still lose the weight!!
