Here is a variation on a recipe that I found on the Flatout Website. Obviously you can add or omit any ingredients you do or do not want, as well as using reduced fat cheese and sour cream (those are 2 things I can not bring myself to skimp on).

Put the flatbread (lightly oiled on both sides) directly on the rack in a preheated 350* oven for 7 minutes. I used taco meat from last night, heated it up in the microwave, then stirred in the salsa. Take flatbread out of oven, spread meat/salsa mixture on, top with shredded cheese. Place back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, top with desired toppings cut with a pizza cutter and enjoy!!

Ground Beef 93% - Ground, 93% Lean Meat; 7% Fat, 4 oz
Flatout Wraps - Multi-Grain Made With Flax, 1 flatbread
Mccormick - Low Sodium Taco Seasoning, 0.5 tsp
Great Value - Salsa-All Natural-Medium, 4 tbsp
Great Value - Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, 1/3 cup
Great Value - Sour Cream, 2 TBSP
Great Value - Shredded Lettuce, 0.5 cup
Great Value - Sliced California Ripe Olives, 2 Tbs

Hopefully this is easier to read!!

I was going to mention that! I am in the process of transitioning my honey to ground turkey. Hopefully the next time I will be able to make it with leftover turkey taco meat!
