grapes, carrots, low fat yogurt, low fat mozzarella sticks (hi-sodium though), any kind of berries - and you can have rather large servings of produce for 100-200 calories.

If I am craving something salty, veggie straws 38 straws are like 130 calories...or a mini whole wheat bagel (franz-100 cal) and one laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge...better than cream cheese! If I am having a sweet tooth, I love the Fiber One granola bars--oats and chocolate (140 cal) or the nature valley granola thins-chocolate (80 cal) mmmm...this is making me have the munchies

I love pears! One anjou pear is 100 calories. Also, I am a huge fan of chai tea lattes, but I make my own low calorie version using one cup of blue diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a chai tea bag, a sugar substitute, and a dash of cinnamon. All together, it's 40 calories! Add the pear, and that's 140.

I love to eat a variety of fruits for snacks: grapes, oranges, apples, bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc. I also like to have carrot sticks, cucumbers and celery cut up in the fridge and ready to go for snacks.
