Hey everybody, I'm Becky. Just started Monday with a friend of mine at work. She is doing Weight Watchers and doing her points.....but I saw this on my iphone and really liked the Food and Exercise Diary and the way it keeps up with ur nutriional values of ur foods so u can really see what ur eating. I will be turning 40 this year and of course as we all know it gets harder to get that extra weight off. I'm starting out at 165 and would like to lose 30 lbs. Hope to meet some new online friends here for support and advice on food and exercise. :happy:

Hi Becky, welcome to MFP. I really love this site. It helps me track calories, nutrition and exercises, to mention a few. I find it very helpful is helping me watch what I eat and encourages me to be diligent at exercise. GL!0
