Beware the Karmic Payback Muffin

SO.

I ordered a very nice salad for lunch today. It came with blueberry mini muffins.

I knew I didn't _need_ the muffin. But it was tiny, I haven't had a treat in a long time, and I spent an hour on the elliptical this morning. All kinds of justification....

I ate the muffin..............and the crown on my tooth came off.


*sigh*

stupid muffin....
