Strength training

Why when I enter in the length of time that I did strength training, MFP does not show that I burned any calories?? I guess maybe it's just too difficult since there are so many variations when it comes to strength training (i.e. amount of weights, machines, etc)??

You have to also enter it under the CARDIO heading. Search for "strength" under the cardio heading, add the time and it will calculate the calorie burn.0

yeah.. i found that in the frequesntly asked questions and that is exactly why.. so i just goggled how much is burned and created a thing called "weights" under cardio and take out about 150 to 200 calories for a workout.0
