    Hey...its the little NSV that you can see that DO matter the most...cause sometimes the scale wont tell the true story!!!

    I did a happy dance when my collar bones reappeared. I have definitely been noticing more definition in my arms lately. It doesn't matter how big or small, a NSV is a NSV! Congrats to you!
