Calories vs Net Calories ??

Calories is everything you eat.
Net Calories is everything you eat - (minus) the amount of calories you burn off during exercise.
So if you eat 1550 calories and burn 350 during exercise then
Calories = 1550
Net Calories = 1550-350=12000 -
