Ok, tonite I made my Grandmoms recipe of Hamburger Casserole. I want to do the recipe up on here but trying to figure out how to figure up the cals, sodium, etc. Do i take every ingredient and it's nutrition info and add up all together? I used, deer burger, barilla elbow macaroni and two cans of diced tomatoes and 2 cups of extra sharp cheese shredded. Plus, how do I know how to figure up serving size??? thanks for any assistance on this :)

Hey girl, there is a recipe feature under your food list. Go there and click, "create new recipe". It'll take you through all the steps. You'll enter each ingredient and it'll tally it up for you. You'll have to decide how many the recipe feeds and how much a serving size is. For things like that I usually stick with a one cup measurement and see how many cups of food the recipe makes. So, six cups of food = 6 servings. Does that make sense?

recipe calculator. Click on Food and above there will be a recipe option, click on that.
Then MFP will say your recipe box on right hand side of screen it will say try our recipe calculator click on that and enter all of your ingredients. It will ask you how many it serves and will do all the calculations for you. I love it!!!
