Hes taking a leaf out of mummys book he sat here eating apple and raw carrot instead of junk.
Always gave him fruit at home but he hated it. I thank his nursery as they have fruit time everyday and he tries it so hes not the odd one out not eating and hes lovin it....

That's wonderful! It's amazing the unexpected benefits that come from taking better care of yourself. My husband started joining in on the exercise on his own. Your children will be growing up with the knowledge a healthy lifestyle is normal.0
