Hi! I'm not a new member, I joined myfitnesspal back in January and have loved using it. It has really been the one tool that's helped me get to my goal weight and what was even better was I did it without exercising!!! (I'm not a fan...yet) Anyway I lost 15+ lbs!!! YAY! But last night I looked in the mirror and to my surprise - and horror - I realized I have OFFICIALLY lost my *kitten*! Any recommendations on how to get some of that back without adding belly fat? I have decided to get back on a treadmill and put it on an incline to see if that tones anything up and I know I might need to add some squats to the mix but what else? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Mule kicks and fire hydrants, lots of squats, lunges ( I friggen HATE lunges), kickboxing0

Congrats on the weight loss, that's awesome! Sumo squats (with weights), deadlifts, all variations of lunges (walking lunges, pulsing lunges), step ups.0

Thanks you two! I'll try that starting tonight. I also moved my calorie intake back up to 1200 so I can just maintain. Any proven myths on foods that might help???0
