Hey, great job! When I started on the elliptical I could barely do 5 mins, now I do 90 min no problem. Just keep at it, it'll happen.

AWESOME! I hate that machine, too. But it feels good when you're done with it!

That's so great! I started on that evil elliptical for 10 and increased by 5 min each day. Now I can do an hour. I don't like to do an hour but I do. I will tell you that I do 30 min. Get off walk around (my feet kind of fall asleep) then get back on and do another 30 min. It feels so good watching that clock tick down. I can see a huge difference in the 3 weeks I've been doing it.

I don't know if I could run for 2min. Amazing

What a great day for you! Keep up the great work. You're killing it.

High five, smyle! I started off just doing 5 minutes at a time. Got it up to doin' HOURS in months time. Then I increased the resistance. Now I max it out. Well, you know that already. Lol. But keep it up!

Great job! I've been measuring similar stats. I can do 20 minutes on the elliptical now, but when I started, I found 4.5 durn near killed me. My heart rate has gone down while doing this, too, my knees feel a TON better, and I've found I can maneuver gracefully under circumstances that used to make me feel old. But I understand very well what an achievement this really is - having been there.

    Way to go!

Really glad I read this....I just bought an elliptical machine last week and the first morning I got up to do 15-20 minutes and I could BARELY do 5 minutes. AND the back of my calves hurt for 5 days after. I finally got the nerve to get back on it and did 3 minutes but obviously it's not just me and I need to keep at it and work my way up!
