I drink a lot of water but once in awhile I crave for that old fashion, frothy root beer. Is it okay to indulge once a week???

  • Definitly.. you can't deny yourself..
  • No problem. Just put it into your calorie count and go for it.

    MMM yes. I actually think that if you really want it go for it. Just stay on plan and count it. You'll feel less deprived and more likely to stay on track.

    think of this not as a diet, but as a lifestyle... could you go the rest of your life without rootbeer and be happy???
    then do it!! Drink up... but stay within your calories.
