A few bloggers sharing their Spike Diet experience

I don't know what is more satisfying, personally losing weight or helping others do it. I guess I'm very proud of both. This diet has been spreading directly from word of mouth. The publisher hasn't spent a dime on advertising. I am really hoping it keeps snowballing and get help thousands of people.
