Daily Steps

Do you log daily steps as exercise? Im a preschool teacher so by the end of the day my steps total almost 3-4 miles.

    i thought about it but never have. you should if you are walking that much. mine is not even close to that!
  • That would be counted into your BMR (the part on MFP when it asks you your activity level), so I wouldn't count it if I were you.

    I think you should count them- even though your heart rate is not up enough to really burn many calories it is still moving and moving is good :flowerforyou:

    It depends on if you counted it as part of your calculation for your BMR then no. Its part of your daily routine, not extra. Sorry!
