    Wow. I am 5'4 too and weighed exactly 183 as well. I am now down to 149, but my goal is 140 for now. You look great; good job!

    You look AMAZING!! WTG!! I am 5'4" also and when my son was born I weighed 181lbs........my son is almost 2 now and I weight 154. I finally decided to kick in gear and try to get healthy. You look great!, truly an inspiration for me!! I hope to have results like you someday!

    Good Job. I am am between 5'4 and 5'5 depending on who measures. Every doctor has measured my height differently. I have two little girls and let myself go. My youngest is 21/2 and I am finally learning to take care of myself. Seeing the success you have had gives me great hope I am can get back down and feel good about myself.
