Non-scale victor(ies) for me!
1) Yesterday I got THREE compliments in one day. Felt good to know that others can see a change in me, even though I may not see it (or not allowing myself to see it).
2) My work pants - the only pair I have because I would not allow myself to buy more than one pair in this god-awful size - are dragging through the snow and puddles of spring because they are TOO BIG!
3) My kids have seen how much I care about what I eat and counting calories and comment positively on it - Mommy, how many calories does this food have...etc. It's nice to see them taking notice of the changes in my eating and habits.

GREAT JOB!!!!!!!! I got my first comment last week by a friend I hadn't seen in a month. Felt awesome!!!!!!!!! Keep up the terrific job you are doing for yourself and your kids!!!!!!!0

I had a few NSVs last week... I tried on a workout shirt I've had for 4 years and for the first time it not only fits but is baggy on me!!!!! Then when I got to the gym the instructor for my class told me what a great job I am doing right now! And finally my sweetheart is always talking about how he can feel that I'm losing weight because I fit differently next to him!!! That one is my fav cause it's really cute
Congrats to everybody on your NSVs!!! Maybe we should talk about this kind of thing more often!! 0 -
