My name is Kathy, I am 33 years old, happily married and mom to 4 wonderful kids. I live in GA and work in social services for a counseling agency. I started gaining weight years ago and steadily climbed the scale. I learned to accept myself at my current weight and maintained that weight for the last couple years. I had my youngest child a year ago and realized I am not happy with looking at myself anymore. I want to lose weight, get fit, and be able to be more active with my kids. I know it will be along journey but I am finally ready.
