Which Chart is Right?

I'm wondering if anyone has preferences as to what height/weight chart to use to determine ideal weight. I've been looking around and they all seem to have different ranges of normal. I'm within 3 pounds of my goal weight of 135 and am wondering whether to reset my goal or just maintain my current weight.
Here's what I've found for someone 5'5"
http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
Small Frame: 117-130; Medium Frame: 127-141; Large Frame: 137-155

Low: 117; Target: 136; High: 156

Underweight: 111 and below; Normal: 110-144; Overweight 150-174

I'm assuming the third is incorrect, considering the overlap between the underweight and normal. How can you be normal & underweight at 110 pounds?0 -
Seems as though we are equally confused...lol0

I don't know which charts I may have seen it on, but I am also 5'5" and believe the range of "healthy" is 118 to 150. You could probably break it down into frame, and it would certainly depend on body type, muscle mass, etc, but I think that is a decent range. 118 would be way to low for me, but 150 I think is too high. If you are at 138 right now you are definitely in the range, but it is up to you if you wanted to lose more. However, I wouldn't obsess about it. Know you are at a healthy weight, do things to make sure you are healthy all around, and let the scale be an arbitrary guide.0

Ditch the weight charts and test your body composition. If you're at a healthy, lean body fat percentage, then you're good regardless of your weight!0
