Hi

I recently started taking Zumba classes. And loving it. If you haven't tried it yet it is a MUST..

I thought since i don't really know how to bust a move this wasn't for me, but I have been 3 times now and loving it.. Its about having fun, and dancing all at the same time..

And tonight will be class # 4...

    I loved the concept of Zumba, but not the thought of having to gyrate my hips in front of tons of people. The solution to my problem? Zumba for the Wii!!! My mother went to a class, then tried the Wii version, and has now decided to buy the game. It only cost me $40, and it's AWESOME!!!!

    i take hip hop zumba twice a week and it is an awesome workout...burns like 700 calories in an hour.

    get the DVD's they will walk you through the steps slowly in the basic and you get to practice at home. you learn rythm and it becomes incredibly fun!!!

    LOVE ZUMBA....I have been going for a month now... about twice a week.. Thinking about buying the ZUMBA for the Wii. :love:

    Yep I do Zumba on the Wii I love it cause its not like exercise.
