Start the week over......???

It has been one of those weeks, which I would love to start over starting Sunday... I overdid it with snowshoes, got a migraine for 3 days, (I took tylenol 3 which causes constipation), problems with my furnace, problem with my brother-in-law's girlfriend (noticed didn't say sister-in-law) and top it off didn't lose any weight... I think stress is a factor in all this... want to get back to normal...... would love to start this week over but differently........ just frustrated and wanted to let it out.. thank you.

You can choose to make the rest of the week your best Thursday- Saturday ever. I know it's not easy to "just stop stressing" but it is easy to put MORE energy into your workouts because you are stressed. And you can always take control over what you put in your body. Focus on turning that negative energy into weight loss. You can do it!
*Also, try not to weigh yourself for a week from today. Let your new efforts have enough time to catch up with you so you won't get discouraged if they don't come right away.*:flowerforyou:0 -
Girl I so totally know what you are sayin!!!!!! Take a deep breath and let it all out...then start the week over in your mind and make it be better as much as you can. I know how ya feel..I had my sis here with her mean little boys that tear up furniture and anything they can get their hands on and she quit smoking yesterday...wooo girl I feel ya...lol. So far so good for her. And I am super proud of her and of you..Just jump back on the train and keep ridin don't let nothin push you off!!! :flowerforyou: :happy:0
