So I did a search and didnt see many posts on this... was wondering if anyone else is taking suplements to help boost their workout and weight loss?
I had been taking Drenbuterol on and off for the past year and liked the lower caffeine and felt it helped with my workouts...but recently I think my body got used to it so I had to switch it up...went to GNC and talked about my likes and dislikes and compared a couple of different ones....and ended up with USP Oxyelite pro... took it first timethis am and really noticing a difference in appetite... I am usually STARVING by now...all Ive had is a banana and some water and I am feeling pretty good.
Anyone taken this one before or are you taking something different? I know a lot of people are against these, so please dont post 900 replaies about how I shouldnt be taking them. I was cleared by my physician to take them, so I feel ok with it. I will not be taking them forever, and I do a lot of research before taking something.

I always have a protein shake in the morning because i have such a hard time eating breakfast. Then i'll have my morning snack, and the day will resume with normal food. Supplements, remember have been designed with a reason in mind: a different way of eating, getting your nutrients, etc. So research some more, or if you have a popeyes supplements, go there. They know there stuff and i trust them.0

I love oxyelite pro..and actually just posted a thread about it and got beat down basically lol.
I took less than the recommended dose and it worked. My neighbors (both women) on both sides of my house also take it and have had great energy boosts without feeling jittery.
I can't say it helped me lose weight, but it did give me that morning cup of coffee feeling (I don't like coffee, so it was nice0 -

african mango is a awesome appetite suppresant and energy booster for me. i have noo negative side effect bt the forcing myself to eat part. lol. which i actually like. :) and yu dnt get jitters like yu do with caffeine. i actually get more energy with these than i doo with any caffiene pill i use to take stackers before i came about this and now i wont try anything else ever. unless im forced to by them taking it off market, which i dnt see happening. do some research. i havent found any bad about african mango.0 -
I started taking Hydroxycut Max! For Women a little over a week ago. I feel better, but I'm not sure if I've lost any weight yet. I'm in a wheelchair so I can't weigh myself, but I'm taking measurements tonight.

I use OxyElite!!
*I take 1-2 pills a day*
It is the best of the best and comparing products, the safer supplement to take. I have many friends that take it and done research on it and before I started it, I loaded the GNC guy with questions!! LOL
For me though it doesn't suppress my hunger when I'm fine with cause I'm taking it to break down the stubborn fat. Lost 13lbs in 5 weeks taking it. The average here in my area is 20lbs in a month.
Hey as long as you put int he work and know that the pill isn't going to do all the work than don't let anyone make you feel guiltily!
I'm a person that want fast results and it CAN happen without gaining the weight back! It's when we stop being active and going back to old habits is when the weight will come back on! I was off of OEP during the holiday season and didn't gain! I did indulge a bit more too! But I kept active!0 -
I use Oxy too! I cant handle more than one (sometimes two, but not often...) pills a day.
But it's helped me out a LOT! When I workout now I sometimes forget how long and hard I've been working out and before i know it, I'm up to 1000 cals burned for the day! AND still be filled with energy to play with my kids and clean the house. Before taking them I would get tired and give up at 400---600 cals burned. I really needed to burn more to see any results, and I learned that once I started taking OEP before my workouts!
I also feel it has the best reviews of anything I've ever tried or read about. There's no magic pill that will make you lose the weight, but these sure do help get me thru my workouts every day!0 -
I'm Vegan so I take a few more supplements than most, but daily:
Kelp: this aids weight loss and assists healthy thyroid function. s). It is a good source of many essential vitamins and minerals, including potassium, iodine, bromine, protein, and Vitamin C and Vitamin B-2.
Flaxseed and Evening Primrose Oil: Good fats which help with my PMS and have greatly improved my hair, skin and nails.
Zinc Magnesium: This is also really good for skin. Also helps immune system
Vitamin C: Supports immune system, it also assists in the production of collagen which keeps skin firm and resilient.0 -
I take Oxy Elite Pro as well, so no beat down from me!!!!!
I dont find the appetite suppressant to be that strong, I take it right before my 4am workouts for that added edge/boost and I can push through that feeling of "I give up" and kill the wo! I am on my 2nd cycle and really like it. It makes me reconsider putting that cookie in my mouth, I figured out the cost per pill to be about $0.40, so I think what a wast of money if I eat crap when I take them!!!!!
As far as weight loss, perhaps not the scale, but I do believe between Oxy Elite, my eating and 6 days a week wo schedule, I have made some serious progress!
I take my protein shake immed after my workout w/multi-vitamin B complex, and was taking CLA, but have not boughten any more lately....
I will be adding another protein shake to my night time intake to help hit my protein goal of 150/g per day!0 -
