What are some Positive Reinforcement Statements you say to yourself to keep you motivated?
"I have come so far, and I know I can go much farther."
"I am a strong and Beautiful woman"
It is amazing how reaching my goal weight is no longer a dream or a hope but reality. I can actually see myself being there. No longer wishing, dreaming, or hopeing.

Look at what I've already accomplished is exactly what I tell myself when I start to get down on myself. And I also remind myself who exactly I am getting healthy for! They are worth every ounce of sweat!0

when i'm hot and sweating and really want to stop, i look at my monitor and say to myself and sometimes out loud, "you can do it just a little bit longer.....come on just push through it, you're almost there."0

And when I feel like quitting at the gym, I think to myself "You can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds...just keep going. You're not gonna die."0 -

It's not a sprint, it's a marathon
It reminds me to celebrate the little accomplishments but not beat myself up over the small set backs.. after all this is a lifestyle change, not a diet (hahaha another one0 -
I've learned to "give myself credit" for everything I do right. Did I exercise, even for a little while today? Atta girl. Did I park on the far side of the parking lot? Way to go. Did I say no to seconds? Right on.
If you focus on ever little positive thing instead of the one big negative one, pretty soon you are doing the positive more and more often.0 -

I try to take it all one day at a time. I tell myself anyone can eat healthy for one day and then do it. Then I tell myself the same thing the next day, etc...0

I say to myself "What would you rather have? A bikini body or those crisps/beer/snack food" Usually does the trick :happy:0
