Hello my name is Nise. I am a 36yr. old mother of 3 and have not worked out in ages! I have the Chalene Turbo Fire and Hybrid dvds. I am wondering do I do the Hybrid workout schedule first because I like the extra Abs workouts or do I just start with the original Turbo Fire? I am starting on Monday and am anxious to know where to start! If anyone knows please let me know! Thankyou in advance!
