what do i log zumba as?

I put it under aerobics, high impact.. because I like doing zumba but havent been on here long enough to log it.. and wasnt sure. but it's veru fast pase. so.. it makes sence.0

Cardio...I enter it as a new exercise, with my amount of calories for the hour.0

I just log one hour for 500 cals--- I don't know if it's more or less but that what it feels like :0!0

i just put it in myself as zumba and 528 cals0

1. click on Exercise tab
2.click on database tab
3. On right hand side select aerobics high impact from the drop down
4. Right below enter your weight and 60 mins and it will give you the total of calories burned
5.Select my Exercises tab at top
6. Select creat an exercise on the right
7. title Zumba
8. Select Cardiovascular
9. Enter 60 minutes and the total of cals burned from step 4
10. Click add exercise
and when you want to add it for a day you just have enter zumba in the search0 -
A Zumba instructor told me that you burn app. 500 calories in an hour of Zumba. I'm always worried about how to log it as well. I'm saving up for a heart rate monitor so I can log my exercise more correctly.0
