Hello everyone. In the last few years I have put on a lot of weight through dur to trials in my life. I had a miscarriage a few years ago and ever since then really went down hill and gained a lot of weight. I gained about 25 lbs in 2 years. For a person of my stature, it is a lot. Im 4.11 and 131 lbs. My BMI is 25.7, so slightly over weight. I finally got my life together and started back at school and sought therapy help. I feel like I finally regained some control over my life again. However, I an finding that losing weight and getting back in shape proves to be difficult.

I am currently consuming about 1300-1600 calories a day. I do about 45-60 min of cardio or strength training. However it has been 3 weeks and I have ost no weight or inches. I am not sure what is going on. I eat nutrient densed foods, and very low fat, low carb (only fruits and veggies for carbs), and high protein diet.

Any advice, suggestions, and insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone and keep up with the good work.

Look at your settings... make sure they are correct, I am guessing you need to be eating less calories...

have you set it to kg or lbs as that would seriously alter your calorie intake it says you should have.

You should be aiming for around 1200 calories.

It takes the wind out of you a miscarriage; i'm with you on that one. Glad you are on the right road though

Diaries are tools for you to use and if you are asking others for help they need to be able to see what you have been doing. It is impossible to give someone directions in the dark!!!!! It is impossible to give advise if we don't know what the problem(s) are. If you are asking for help, please open your diary so we can be as helpful as possible.

Sorry about your last couple of rough years, I am glad you are up to feeling better now! Just glancing at your diary, I see this: up your water, eat less calories per sitting and add snacks. Also add a sodium tab on your diary because that can hinder weight loss too. Good luck, you can do this!
