Hi my HRM doesn't tell me my calories burned, is there some formula to work this out myself based on my HR and weight or something?
Thanks
Thanks

That one is great but I suggest entering a VO2Max of 35 ( a reasonable level for most people who are not athletes). If you leave it blank it overestimates calories burned a little.
Entering a VO2Max of 35 for me gave me the exact calorie burn that my HRM says I burned.0 -
Thank you both I just logged my 20 min walk on there from earlier and it said i would have burned 125 calories, whereas MFP would give me 90 calories for 20 mins 3mph walking.
Have bookmarked it, i can see me using it a fair bit!
