I'm going to do this DVD tomorrow and was wondering how I should log it. There's like no cardio, it's mainly a repetition of circuits using weights. Is it still considered circuit training if there's a lack of cardio? Or is it just strength training?

I wear my HRM when I do it. I did this workout today and I love it. You still work up a great sweat! I weigh 235 and I burn 315 calories doing 50 minutes. Thats including the 5 min warm up and the 5 min cool down:) Hope that gives you an idea of how to log it!0
