Water actually help you feel less hungry! And the more water you drink, the more pesky water weight you get rid of. You wont be bloated and the scale will go down a little :] not fat loss, but bloat loss! hehe0

Water lubricates your insides and aids in digestion. If you're digesting easily.... you can figure out why that would mean weight loss.0

I find it hard drinking water! Interesting to know that, hopefully it will spur me on... Will try extra hard tomorrow!0

If you drink water with every meal instead of pop or juice you save SO much in calories0

Is it possible to drink too much water? I know 8 glasses is recommended but I usually drink 14 or more. I figure if I am sweating through 2 hours of cardio, I need the extra. Am I wrong?0

Yes, if you are exercising that much then you will need to increase water intake...if you are thirsty then drink.
However, water poisoning can occur if someone drinks a HUGE quantity of water in a small space of time.0 -
Drink as much water as you feel you need, but 8 cups should be the minimum you are drinking0

Water is the only pure liquid that was intended for us to drink! For me there is nothing more quenching and satisfying! It's great for your skin, your body's detoxifying and it helps you go #2!! lol0

I did some reseach and found out that you should multiply your weight by .66 to find out how much water you should be drinking. All this week I have been drinking 10-15 cups a day and I can tell on the scale it is helping.0

Water is extremely important because it keeps your body hydrated, which in turn gives you energy, aides with digestion etc. The reason we it helps with diet and exercise is because it flushes out impurities like sodium. And if you are exercising and sweating, then you need to replace the sweat with water. I drink at least 8 cups a day. On a day where I workout or have something with high sodium or even have wine... I load up with water. :happy:0
