    WOW! Phenomenal and look how toned you are!
    BUT, remember there are never 'after' pictures because there is never an after. Your healthy habits are a lifestyle change and not a diet! It's good to set goals but this transformation is never ending!

    great job! my start weight is 229 so i love to see success stories from people who started around the same :) i've lost 6 and hoping to lose 50 more this year.
