I need some new songs on my iPhone....you know, the ones that make you move!
Music is definitely my motivation.

    Really random stuff:

    Lil Wayne - No Ceilings
    Birdman - Poppin Bottles (single)
    Girltalk - Feed the Animals
    Front Line Assembly - Epitaph
Ministry of Sound - Clubber's Guide to Trance
    Eminem - Recovery
Children of Bodom - Hate Crew Deathroll
    Aphex Twin - drukqs
    Weezer - Green Album
    Weezer - Blue Album
    Drake - Thank Me Later
Circa Survive - On Letting Go
Aphex Twin - Richard D James Album

I might change it up a bit, I've been listening to the same stuff now for awhile.
Other than that, I listen to the 'Trance Channel' (sometimes Weezer channel) on Pandora

I like my music fast so I have a lot of punk and indie... The Clash, The Kills, Rancid, Violent Femmes, The Runaways, The Dead Milkmen, Motorhead, JET, Vampire Weekend. Though not usually my thing, I have a few Black Eyed Peas songs in there too. Anything fast because my gym likes to play light rock. Hard to get pumped to Jewel or Simon and Garfunkel! lol

Not a bad idea but nothing off their latest album is that fast... :(

    Everything from Eminem to AC/DC.

What takes me back to the days when life was simple, worry free ... oh and when I was skinny?

The Cult - She sells sanctuary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8I8mWG6HlmU

I have a huge playlist - but the ones that really get me going without fail are:

I like to Move It- Reel to Real
    Come Baby Come - K7
Knights of Cedonia - Muse (this is amazing if you close your eyes and get into it - my best burns are to this song)
Renegades of Funk - Rage Against the Machine
Footloose - Kenny Loggins (I know this is corny, but I love to watch my feet flying beneath me on the elliptical haha)
Give It To Me Baby - Rick James
Rock You Like a Hurricane - Scorpions
    Bombs Over Baghdad - Outkast

PS I also have a station on Pandora named after the band Owl City that plays a nice mix for a lower impact workout.
