turn stones into pounds

can someone turn 14stone10lb into just pounds for me plz just want to see if i am doin this rite thanks

    Yes 206.

    You take how many stone you are and x by 14. Then add the extra pounds.

    So... 14 x14 + 10

    ok so if i started at 15 stone 12 lbs this would be 15 x14 plus 12 whish is 222lb x
